Getting to the festival

Edmonton Transit Service (ETS) has many ETS Park & Ride locations across the city to get you to and from Hawrelak Park. There are two new Park & Ride locations this year: Heritage Valley Transit Centre in the south and Nakî Transit Centre for those coming from St. Albert or northwest Edmonton.

Buses run every 10 minutes between 8:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. from each Park & Ride location every day of the festival.

For people who live in Callingwood or Riverbend, complementary neighbourhood shuttles run every 10 minutes to Lewis Farms and South Campus Transit Centres, respectively. From there, hop on a Park & Ride shuttle bus to Hawrelak Park.

Park & Ride shuttles will accept $6 cash for the round-trip fare or one of the following payment options:

● Two bus tickets
● $3 cash plus a valid ETS transfer
● $3 cash plus a validated LRT ticket
● ETS Family/ Day Pass (purchase this pass in advance of your trip)
● Children 12 & under ride free when travelling with a fare-paying adult
● Monthly & Seniors passes (including St. Albert & Strathcona County)

No payment is required when you board the bus to leave the park. If you need a transfer once you arrive at your Park & Ride location, ask the operator before you leave the bus.

Regular ETS fares apply for those taking routes 51 or 902 to Hawrelak Park. Both routes will have extended evening service during the festival.

Masks are mandatory on transit and on the festival grounds, except when eating. Please make sure to wear one, and if it’s not reusable, dispose of the mask properly.

Once you arrive at Hawrelak Park, scan your timed-entry pass at the bus entrance. Please note that while only a fixed number of people will be allowed into the park per hour, you can stay in the park as long as you like once you are inside. There will also be physically-distanced lines and dedicated eating areas at the festival.
